So today is going to be a new beginning for some things in my life. I want to make a few good changes. I’d like to start biking more often, eating healthier and blogging more often. Hopefully if I write enough, I can keep myself on track for things. I feel that writing about my experiences will help me with a few things. So what I’d like to do is eventually ride 10-20 miles on my bike daily, eat healthier and write a blog entry every day. Is it possible? Sure. I just need to discipline myself to do it. It will probably be a rocky start, but I’m up for the challenge. If anyone eants to help by going out riding, or eating somewhere good, let me know!
